Monday - Friday, or via common carrier by end of following business day.

Any standard item may be returned for full credit, for any reason, if freight is prepaid back to shipping point. Any special sized item or grade may not be returned, unless proven to be defective in size, tolerances or grade. If product does not meet the quality standards we set forth, we will incur freight charges and replace any defective item. This claim needs to be made within 30 days of receipt of material.
